Following your sucessful empanelment, you will be signing into your account using your login details that you created when you visited our portal initially;

1. In your account you will be required to update your professional profile and feed following information in the system.  In addition to updating your personal details, you will have to take a selection of the Areas of Counselling (i.e. client problems / issues) that you can offer counselling on and would like to be considered for.

3. You will be required to use our Calendar Tool to tell the system about your availability i.e. the days of the week and the time slots of these days that you will be available for counselling services

5. You will also tell the system about your linguistic skills i.e. in which another Indian language you are competent in the use of, in addition to the use of English;

7. Once you have done so, you will be added to the list of available counsellors and you will start getting notified of all counselling requests;

Conditions for maintaining your empanelment with us

At Insight Counselling Services, we take pride in upholding high ethical standards of our service and ensure that our service users are receiving a World Class Premium Counselling Service. It is, therefore, imperative that our Counsellors are competent in deliver the services being offered to minimum fundamental professional standards or better and that they will keep their skills and knowledge up to date. To ensure this happens all the time in Insight Counselling Services, Counsellor Empanelment is granted and renewed annually. Renewal of empanelment is granted, only to those counsellors, who demonstrate that they can:

1. Commit to Ethical Standards of Counselling Practice every year
2. Commit to and complete a minimum numbers of Continuous Professional Development trainings every year
3. Commit to and receive a minimum number of professional supervisions sessions every year
4. Commit to and complete a minimum number of Personal Counselling sessions every year

Rates of pay at different levels:

Having commenced your empanelment with ICS, as soon as you gain good enough counselling experience with us, in addition, you should have met minimum standards for maintaining your empanelment, you be promoted to the next practice level.

Level 4:  550
Level 5:  600
Level 6:  650

NOTE:  Depending on the time commitment (i.e. working between 5 to 48 hours) per week, an estimated annual income for an empanelled counsellor can range between â‚¹1,00,000 to  â‚¹10,00,000 per annum.  This is only an indicative estimate and should not be taken as a guarantee of earning.

Please be advised and informed that to adhere to and meet our above mentioned professional standards of practice and to maintain your empanelment with us, we will make provision for Training Programmes through our training portal; professionally qualified, trained and experienced senior counsellors, who will provide you with professional supervision and personal counselling.  However, you will be responsible for paying for these services, which might cost you in access of approximately ₹75000 annually.
