6. ICS IS A PAID FOR SERVICE

The ICS is a paid for service provided from Monday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.  The standard rate for each counselling is ₹1000 including GST.   Each counselling slot is booked for one hour; however, counselling session may last for only 45 to 50 minutes.

  • We offer 119 time slots during Monday to Friday between 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.  You are free to choose and book any of these slots, which suits your requirement.  Each counselling slot is charged a standard fee.  However, these charges may vary from time to time at absolute discretion of ICS.  There will be some slots, which are marked Premium or extra Premium slots.  These slots will be charged at a higher rate.

  • To book a counselling slot, you will be required to make a payment in advance for your counselling session according to the choice of your time slot.  However, if you are unable to keep to your time slot, you will have the ability to change your time slot, subject to your counsellor’s availability.  Alternatively, you will be able to cancel your appointment at any time up to 48 hours prior to your counselling session with an administrative charge of 25%.  There will be a 50% cancellation fee from 48th hour onwards.

  • You will be able to make a bulk booking of 5 or 10 counselling sessions at a time, for which you will be able to get 5% and 10% discount respectively on standard slots.  Bulk booking of 5 session allows you access to booking premium slots and 10 session block booking allows you access to Extra-Premium slots on standard fee.

  • However, block booking of counselling session doesn’t guarantee availability of slots.  You will be able to book your slots subject to availability of your counsellor.  On your first visit to our portal, you will see availability of all our counsellors, however, once a counsellor is allocated to work with you, you will only see calendar of your allocated counsellor for booking future counselling sessions.

  • There will be times and occasions, when your counsellor is on leave or not available for certain periods of time.  You will be notified of their unavailability to help you organise your future bookings accordingly.  However, in situations where your counsellor is not going to be available for uncertain time or has left the organisation or is not going to be available for long for any other reason, we will make all possible effort to transfer your case to another appropriate counsellor to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of service.
