During the entire period of empanelment with us, all our counsellors are provided with professional indemnity insurance and legal protection, should there be a need.

Working with Insight Counselling Services, give you flexibility in choosing your own working hours to fit around your current work and personal life commitments. You can chop and change your time commitments and availability to accommodate your changing needs and demands of life. You can take a break as and when you feel like from counselling commitment. You do not need to take permission from anyone, you don’t even have to inform anyone about booking or taking leave from work for as long as you may wish, so long as your cumulative average is 250 counselling sessions per year.

All those professionals, who are empanelment with us, will have an earning potential to earn themselves an income in the range from as little as ₹ 1 LAC to as much as 15 LACs per year. This is an indicative potential annual earning which is directly proportional to the number of hours between 5 to 50 per week one may choose to commit and work. Actual payments to counsellors will be determined mainly by the market forces and our ability to charge our clients as much as we have planned to charge them. Therefore, these potential earnings should be read as an indication only to guide your decision and should not be taken as our implicit or explicit promise of payment. From time to time, we may be required to respond to the needs and demands of the market and accordingly our charges and payment may fluctuate.

We only expect you to give us a weekly commitment of at least 5 counselling sessions per week. Once you are empaneled with us, you will be free to accept or reject counselling requests at your will so long as your average take up of work remains an average of 5 counselling sessions per week. In the same way, we are not obliged to give you any work.
